Kathryn (Kathy) Moya - General Manager

Kathryn comes to NDX Ideal from owning her own lab for over 25 years in the Greater Albuquerque Area. Kathryn knew the Lemmel family personally and saw firsthand their passion for their laboratory and commitment to their doctors. Kathryn spent years working diligently to increase her skills in all aspects of the laboratory. Studying the PTC way as well as many others, always seeking knowledge to bring back into the laboratory setting and put to use. She has been a technician, a manager and an owner she combines the best of both worlds here for us at Ideal today, bringing a unique level of understanding to the position of GM. She started in dental laboratory technology at 19 years of age and knew this was where her heart was. After a visit from a woman in her late 80s who came to the lab to thank her for “her new smile, she had waited her entire life for”, the woman’s tears flowed from joy and Kathryn knew she had found her calling and the course was set from then on. Kathryn brings a fresh new perspective to NDX Ideal with an eye on the future and an admiration for the past. Her door is always open to doctors and patients alike. Come by anytime and you will see personally her ability to problem solve and case plan. Her refreshing team spirit and positivity are inspiring, and motivating the team to new heights here at NDX Ideal.

Justin Pomar – Quality Control Supervisor and Removable Department Manager

With 16 years of experience at NDX Ideal Justin knows what it takes to achieve great results. He is currently working towards his CDT and has a working knowledge of all aspects of our Removable Department. Justin’s’ attention to detail is unparalleled. Justin works closely with team members to correct and instruct as our QC (Quality Control) Supervisor. His keen eye and tremendous experience keeps our Quality controls beyond compare, assuring your patients complete satisfaction.

Christopher (Chris) Ayles CDT – Fixed Department Manager

Chris has 25 years’ experience in Crown & Bridge with 7 years as an in-house technician, giving him a unique insight into the clinical side of the restorations. He knows what the doctors need in order to have a successful result and happy patient. Chris is very particular in fixed procedures and spends a great deal of time with his team ensuring they are well trained and ready for even the most difficult case. As a reminder to himself every day, Chris keeps a picture of his mother on his desk to ask himself if he would send out this product if she were the patient. It is this extreme level of compassion Chris has for patients that keeps our fixed departments quality so high.

Paul Gonzales – Implant Department Manager

Paul has 11 years’ experience as an Implant specialist, He is an expert with implants and crown and bridge reconstruction cases. He trims all of our dies under magnification and contours zirconia. Lisa Montalbano – CAD/CAM Specialist

Lisa is a treasured member of our team here at NDX Ideal; with over 30 years’ experience she has seen NDX Ideals legacy as it has evolved. She has not only gained a breadth of knowledge from the Lemmel families (Ideals) but has also incorporated the NDX (Ideals) into her expertise as well. Lisa is a dedicated team member with an incredible loyalty to NDX Ideal. As our CAD/CAM specialist, she works tirelessly day to day to ensure the highest quality products achievable.

Howard Sleeper – CAD/CAM Designer

With 19 years’ experience, Howard has advanced into one of the best designers around. He spends his day designing everything from single units to full mouth reconstructions. He is a wealth of knowledge and a true artisan of the trade.
